How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Greenhouse

Greenhouse is a recruiting platform. WooCommerce powers millions of online stores. Greenhouse is where your customer and order data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and configured.
• A Greenhouse account.

Connect Greenhouse to AFI

Greenhouse uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Greenhouse, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Greenhouse.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Greenhouse as the destination

Choose Greenhouse from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Greenhouse.

4. Map fields

Match each Greenhouse field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Greenhouse to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Which WooCommerce events trigger the integration?

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
