How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Emailit

Connect Emailit to AFI

1. Log in to your Emailit account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Emailit.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Emailit.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Emailit as the destination

Choose Emailit from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Emailit.

4. Map fields

Match each Emailit field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Emailit to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
