How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Dynamics 365

Dynamics 365 is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe WooCommerce order data straight into Dynamics 365 using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Dynamics 365 to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Dynamics 365.

2. Pick your trigger

3. Select Dynamics 365 as the destination

Choose Dynamics 365 from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Dynamics 365.

4. Map fields

Match each Dynamics 365 field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Dynamics 365 to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
