How to Send WooCommerce Orders to DirectIQ

What you will need

Connect DirectIQ to AFI

1. Log in to your DirectIQ account.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to DirectIQ.

3. Select DirectIQ as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each DirectIQ field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check DirectIQ to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
