How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Constant Contact

Constant Contact is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. WooCommerce captures orders beautifully, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Constant Contact. Here is the full setup.

Connect Constant Contact to AFI

Constant Contact uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Constant Contact, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Constant Contact.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Constant Contact as the destination

Choose Constant Contact from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Constant Contact.

4. Map fields

Match each Constant Contact field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Constant Contact to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
