How to Send WooCommerce Orders to ClickUp

ClickUp is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. Here is how to pipe WooCommerce order data straight into ClickUp using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect ClickUp to AFI

1. Log in to your ClickUp account.
2. Go to Settings → Apps → API and copy your API Token.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to ClickUp.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select ClickUp as the destination

Choose ClickUp from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in ClickUp.

4. Map fields

Match each ClickUp field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check ClickUp to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
