Connect Big Purple Dot to AFI

Big Purple Dot uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Big Purple Dot, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it WooCommerce to Big Purple Dot.

2. Pick your trigger

Select WooCommerce as the form provider. AFI fires when an order status changes, giving you access to customer details, billing and shipping addresses, line items, totals, and payment method.

3. Select Big Purple Dot as the destination

Choose Big Purple Dot from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Big Purple Dot.

4. Map fields

Match each Big Purple Dot field on the left to the corresponding WooCommerce order field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, billing address, order total, and product details. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed
