How to Send WooCommerce Orders to Airtable

Connect Airtable to AFI

1. Log in to Airtable and open the base you want to connect.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only sync orders above a specific total, or only completed orders.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your WooCommerce store. Check Airtable to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
