How to Send weForms Data to Zoho Campaigns

Zoho Campaigns is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. If you want weForms submission synced to Zoho Campaigns, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Zoho Campaigns to AFI

Zoho Campaigns uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Campaigns, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Zoho Campaigns.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Zoho Campaigns as the destination

Choose Zoho Campaigns from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Zoho Campaigns list.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Campaigns field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Zoho Campaigns to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
