How to Send weForms Data to Softr

Softr is a no-code apps platform. Every weForms submission record should flow into Softr automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with weForms installed and configured.
• A Softr account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Softr to AFI

1. Log in to your Softr account.
2. Copy your API Key and Domain.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Softr.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Softr.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Softr as the destination

Choose Softr from the platform dropdown and pick Add User. This creates a user in Softr.

4. Map fields

Match each Softr field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Softr to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
