How to Send weForms Data to Sendy

Sendy is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. weForms handles a form is submitted on your WordPress site. Sendy is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

What you will need

Connect Sendy to AFI

1. Log in to your Sendy installation.
2. Copy your API Key from the settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Sendy.
4. Enter your Sendy URL and API Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Sendy.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Sendy as the destination

Choose Sendy from the platform dropdown and pick Subscribe To List. This subscribes a contact to a Sendy list.

4. Map fields

Match each Sendy field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Sendy to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
