How to Send weForms Data to SendPulse

SendPulse is a multi-channel marketing platform. weForms manages a form is submitted, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to SendPulse.

What you will need

Connect SendPulse to AFI

SendPulse uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → SendPulse, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to SendPulse.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select SendPulse as the destination

Choose SendPulse from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to SendPulse.

4. Map fields

Match each SendPulse field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check SendPulse to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
