How to Send weForms Data to SalesHandy

SalesHandy is a email outreach platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. weForms handles a form is submitted on your WordPress site. SalesHandy is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Connect SalesHandy to AFI

1. Log in to your SalesHandy account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → SalesHandy.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to SalesHandy.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select SalesHandy as the destination

Choose SalesHandy from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead to SalesHandy.

4. Map fields

Match each SalesHandy field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check SalesHandy to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
