How to Send weForms Data to Real Geeks

Real Geeks is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. weForms handles a form is submitted on your WordPress site. Real Geeks is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with weForms installed and configured.
• A Real Geeks account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Real Geeks to AFI

Real Geeks uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Real Geeks, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Real Geeks.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Real Geeks as the destination

Choose Real Geeks from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Real Geeks.

4. Map fields

Match each Real Geeks field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Real Geeks to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
