How to Send weForms Data to LocaliQ
LocaliQ is a lead management platform. Here is how to pipe weForms submission straight into LocaliQ using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to lead management. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with weForms installed and configured.
- A LocaliQ account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect LocaliQ to AFI
- Ask your LocaliQ account team for a Lead Intake URL and Bearer token.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → LocaliQ.
- Paste the Lead Intake URL and Bearer token.
- Click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to LocaliQ.
2. Pick your trigger
Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.
3. Select LocaliQ as the destination
Choose LocaliQ from the platform dropdown and pick Submit Lead. This submits a lead to your LocaliQ intake URL.
4. Map fields
Match each LocaliQ field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check LocaliQ to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, phone, first name, and last name to LocaliQ with unlimited records. Pro adds campaign ID and message field. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which weForms events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a form is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
