How to Send weForms Data to Flowlu

Flowlu is a business management platform. weForms handles a form is submitted on your WordPress site. Flowlu is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

Connect Flowlu to AFI

1. Log in to your Flowlu account.
2. Copy your Subdomain and API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Flowlu.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Flowlu.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Flowlu as the destination

Choose Flowlu from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Flowlu.

4. Map fields

Match each Flowlu field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Flowlu to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
