How to Send weForms Data to Breeze ChMS

Connect Breeze ChMS to AFI

1. Log in to your Breeze ChMS account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Breeze ChMS.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Breeze ChMS.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Breeze ChMS as the destination

Choose Breeze ChMS from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in Breeze ChMS.

4. Map fields

Match each Breeze ChMS field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Breeze ChMS to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
