How to Send weForms Data to Attentive

Connect Attentive to AFI

1. Log in to your Attentive account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Attentive.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Attentive.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Attentive as the destination

Choose Attentive from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This subscribes a contact in Attentive.

4. Map fields

Match each Attentive field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Attentive to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
