How to Send weForms Data to Airmeet
Airmeet is a virtual events platform. Every weForms submission record should flow into Airmeet automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to virtual events. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with weForms installed and configured.
- A Airmeet account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Airmeet to AFI
- Log in to your Airmeet account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Airmeet.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Airmeet.
2. Pick your trigger
Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.
3. Select Airmeet as the destination
Choose Airmeet from the platform dropdown and pick Register Attendee. This registers an attendee for an Airmeet event.
4. Map fields
Match each Airmeet field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Airmeet to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Airmeet with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which weForms events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a form is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
