How to Send weForms Data to Adobe Connect

Adobe Connect is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. weForms handles a form is submitted on your WordPress site. Adobe Connect is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

What you will need

Connect Adobe Connect to AFI

Adobe Connect uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Adobe Connect, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it weForms to Adobe Connect.

2. Pick your trigger

Select weForms as the form provider. AFI fires when a form is submitted, giving you access to submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields.

3. Select Adobe Connect as the destination

Choose Adobe Connect from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Meeting. This registers a contact for an Adobe Connect meeting.

4. Map fields

Match each Adobe Connect field on the left to the corresponding weForms field on the right. Common mappings include submitter name, email, phone, and any custom form fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in weForms. Check Adobe Connect to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
