How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Teamleader

Teamleader is a business management platform. If you want Ultimate Member registration synced to Teamleader, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Teamleader to AFI

Teamleader uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Teamleader, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Teamleader.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select Teamleader as the destination

Choose Teamleader from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Teamleader.

4. Map fields

Match each Teamleader field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Teamleader to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
