How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Systeme.io
Systeme.io is a all-in-one marketing platform. Ultimate Member handles a user registers or updates their profile on your WordPress site. Systeme.io is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting Ultimate Member to all-in-one marketing, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Ultimate Member installed and configured.
- A Systeme.io account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Systeme.io to AFI
- Log in to your Systeme.io account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Systeme.io.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Systeme.io.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.
3. Select Systeme.io as the destination
Choose Systeme.io from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Systeme.io.
4. Map fields
Match each Systeme.io field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Systeme.io to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Systeme.io with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping and tag assignment. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Ultimate Member events trigger the integration?

Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
