How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Quickbase

Quickbase is a database platform. Every Ultimate Member registration record should flow into Quickbase automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Quickbase to AFI

1. Get your Quickbase Realm Hostname and User Token.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Quickbase.
3. Enter the hostname and token.
4. Click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Quickbase.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select Quickbase as the destination

Choose Quickbase from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Quickbase.

4. Map fields

Match each Quickbase field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Quickbase to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
