How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Ontraport

Connect Ontraport to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

4. Map fields

Match each Ontraport field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Ontraport to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
