How to Send Ultimate Member Data to LocaliQ

LocaliQ is a lead management platform. Ultimate Member manages a user registers or updates their profile, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to LocaliQ.

What you will need

Connect LocaliQ to AFI

1. Ask your LocaliQ account team for a Lead Intake URL and Bearer token.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → LocaliQ.
3. Paste the Lead Intake URL and Bearer token.
4. Click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to LocaliQ.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select LocaliQ as the destination

Choose LocaliQ from the platform dropdown and pick Submit Lead. This submits a lead to your LocaliQ intake URL.

4. Map fields

Match each LocaliQ field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check LocaliQ to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
