How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Housecall Pro

Housecall Pro is a field service platform. Here is how to pipe Ultimate Member registration straight into Housecall Pro using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect Housecall Pro to AFI

1. Log in to your Housecall Pro account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Housecall Pro.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Housecall Pro.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select Housecall Pro as the destination

Choose Housecall Pro from the platform dropdown and pick Create Customer. This creates a customer in Housecall Pro.

4. Map fields

Match each Housecall Pro field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Housecall Pro to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
