How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Drip

Drip is a platform platform. Every Ultimate Member registration record should flow into Drip automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers registration data straight from WordPress to Drip. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Ultimate Member installed and configured.
• A Drip account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Drip to AFI

Drip uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Drip, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Drip.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select Drip as the destination

Choose Drip from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Drip.

4. Map fields

Match each Drip field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Drip to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
