How to Send Ultimate Member Data to Adobe Campaign

Adobe Campaign is a marketing automation platform. Ultimate Member handles a user registers or updates their profile on your WordPress site. Adobe Campaign is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Connect Adobe Campaign to AFI

Adobe Campaign uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Adobe Campaign, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to Adobe Campaign.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select Adobe Campaign as the destination

Choose Adobe Campaign from the platform dropdown and pick Create Profile. This creates a profile in Adobe Campaign.

4. Map fields

Match each Adobe Campaign field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check Adobe Campaign to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
