How to Send Ultimate Member Data to AccuLynx

AccuLynx is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Ultimate Member handles a user registers or updates their profile on your WordPress site. AccuLynx is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

Connect AccuLynx to AFI

AccuLynx uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → AccuLynx, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Ultimate Member to AccuLynx.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Ultimate Member as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or updates their profile, giving you access to user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields.

3. Select AccuLynx as the destination

Choose AccuLynx from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in AccuLynx.

4. Map fields

Match each AccuLynx field on the left to the corresponding Ultimate Member field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, account type, and custom profile fields. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Ultimate Member. Check AccuLynx to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
