How to Send SureCart Orders to Zoho Invoice

Connect Zoho Invoice to AFI

Zoho Invoice uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Invoice, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Zoho Invoice.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Zoho Invoice as the destination

Choose Zoho Invoice from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Zoho Invoice.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Invoice field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Zoho Invoice to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
