How to Send SureCart Orders to Zoho Campaigns

Zoho Campaigns is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Getting SureCart order data into Zoho Campaigns does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Connect Zoho Campaigns to AFI

Zoho Campaigns uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Campaigns, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Zoho Campaigns.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Zoho Campaigns as the destination

Choose Zoho Campaigns from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Zoho Campaigns list.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Campaigns field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Zoho Campaigns to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
