Tidio is a live chat platform. Order events can trigger instant notifications. Getting SureCart order data into Tidio does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing order data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to live chat. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
  • A Tidio account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Tidio to AFI

  1. Log in to your Tidio account.
  2. Copy your API Key.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Tidio.
  4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Tidio.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Tidio as the destination

Choose Tidio from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Tidio.

4. Map fields

Match each Tidio field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Tidio to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email and name to Tidio with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which SureCart events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
