How to Send SureCart Orders to Success.ai

Success.ai is a email outreach platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every SureCart order should flow into Success.ai automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers order data straight from WordPress to Success.ai. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
• A Success.ai account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Success.ai to AFI

1. Log in to your Success.ai account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Success.ai.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Success.ai.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Success.ai as the destination

Choose Success.ai from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead to Success.ai.

4. Map fields

Match each Success.ai field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Success.ai to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
