How to Send SureCart Orders to Robly

Robly is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe SureCart order data straight into Robly using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Robly to AFI

Robly uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Robly, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Robly.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Robly as the destination

Choose Robly from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Robly.

4. Map fields

Match each Robly field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Robly to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
