How to Send SureCart Orders to Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a platform platform. If you want SureCart orders synced to Pipedrive, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
• A Pipedrive account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Pipedrive to AFI

Pipedrive uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Pipedrive, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Pipedrive.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Pipedrive as the destination

Choose Pipedrive from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Pipedrive.

4. Map fields

Match each Pipedrive field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Pipedrive to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
