How to Send SureCart Orders to Flowlu

Flowlu is a business management platform. If you want SureCart orders synced to Flowlu, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Flowlu to AFI

1. Log in to your Flowlu account.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Flowlu.

3. Select Flowlu as the destination

Choose Flowlu from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Flowlu.

4. Map fields

Match each Flowlu field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Flowlu to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
