How to Send SureCart Orders to mailchef

mailchef is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. SureCart handles a checkout or order is completed on your WordPress site. mailchef is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

Connect mailchef to AFI

mailchef uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → mailchef, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to mailchef.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select mailchef as the destination

Choose mailchef from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to mailchef.

4. Map fields

Match each mailchef field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check mailchef to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
