How to Send SureCart Orders to Dropbox

Dropbox is a file storage platform. SureCart processes a checkout or order is completed beautifully, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Dropbox.

What you will need

Connect Dropbox to AFI

Dropbox uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Dropbox, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Dropbox.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Dropbox as the destination

Choose Dropbox from the platform dropdown and pick Upload File. This uploads a file to Dropbox.

4. Map fields

Match each Dropbox field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Dropbox to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
