How to Send SureCart Orders to DirectIQ

DirectIQ is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. If you want SureCart orders synced to DirectIQ, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.

Connect DirectIQ to AFI

1. Log in to your DirectIQ account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key and Secret.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → DirectIQ.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to DirectIQ.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select DirectIQ as the destination

Choose DirectIQ from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to DirectIQ.

4. Map fields

Match each DirectIQ field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check DirectIQ to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
