How to Send SureCart Orders to Brokermint
Brokermint is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. SureCart handles a checkout or order is completed on your WordPress site. Brokermint is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
- A Brokermint account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Brokermint to AFI
- Log in to your Brokermint account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Brokermint.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Brokermint.
2. Pick your trigger
Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select Brokermint as the destination
Choose Brokermint from the platform dropdown and pick Create Transaction. This creates a transaction in Brokermint.
4. Map fields
Match each Brokermint field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Brokermint to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Brokermint with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which SureCart events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
