How to Send SureCart Orders to Apollo.io

Apollo.io is a sales intelligence platform. SureCart handles a checkout or order is completed on your WordPress site. Apollo.io is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
• A Apollo.io account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Apollo.io to AFI

1. Log in to your Apollo.io account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Apollo.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Apollo.io.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Apollo.io as the destination

Choose Apollo.io from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Apollo.

4. Map fields

Match each Apollo.io field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Apollo.io to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
