How to Send SureCart Orders to Aircall

Aircall is a phone system platform. Every SureCart order should flow into Aircall automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SureCart installed and configured.
• A Aircall account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Aircall to AFI

1. Log in to your Aircall dashboard.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API ID and Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Aircall.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Aircall.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Aircall as the destination

Choose Aircall from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Aircall.

4. Map fields

Match each Aircall field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Aircall to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
