How to Send SureCart Orders to Acuity Scheduling

What you will need

Connect Acuity Scheduling to AFI

1. Log in to your Acuity Scheduling account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your User ID and API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Acuity Scheduling.
4. Enter your User ID and API Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SureCart to Acuity Scheduling.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SureCart as the form provider. AFI fires when a checkout or order is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Acuity Scheduling as the destination

Choose Acuity Scheduling from the platform dropdown and pick Create Appointment. This creates an appointment in Acuity Scheduling.

4. Map fields

Match each Acuity Scheduling field on the left to the corresponding SureCart field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your SureCart store. Check Acuity Scheduling to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
