Front is a customer operations platform. SliceWP tracks an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Front.

Why connect directly?

Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-referral fees, no external dependencies.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with SliceWP installed and configured.
  • A Front account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Front to AFI

Front uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Front, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SliceWP to Front.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SliceWP as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Front as the destination

Choose Front from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Front.

4. Map fields

Match each Front field on the left to the corresponding SliceWP field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in SliceWP. Check Front to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name and email to Front with unlimited referrals. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-referral fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which SliceWP events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded. This covers new affiliate registrations, referral creations, and commission status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the affiliate event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send affiliate data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
