How to Send SliceWP Data to FluentBooking
FluentBooking is a appointment scheduling platform. Every SliceWP an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded should flow into FluentBooking automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to appointment scheduling. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with SliceWP installed and configured.
- A FluentBooking account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect FluentBooking to AFI
FluentBooking uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → FluentBooking, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SliceWP to FluentBooking.
2. Pick your trigger
Select SliceWP as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.
3. Select FluentBooking as the destination
Choose FluentBooking from the platform dropdown and pick Create Booking. This creates a booking in FluentBooking.
4. Map fields
Match each FluentBooking field on the left to the corresponding SliceWP field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in SliceWP. Check FluentBooking to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and date to FluentBooking with unlimited referrals. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-referral fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which SliceWP events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded. This covers new affiliate registrations, referral creations, and commission status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the affiliate event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send affiliate data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
