How to Send SliceWP Data to CINC
CINC is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want SliceWP an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded synced to CINC, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting your affiliate program to real estate CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with SliceWP installed and configured.
- A CINC account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect CINC to AFI
CINC uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → CINC, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SliceWP to CINC.
2. Pick your trigger
Select SliceWP as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.
3. Select CINC as the destination
Choose CINC from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in CINC.
4. Map fields
Match each CINC field on the left to the corresponding SliceWP field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in SliceWP. Check CINC to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to CINC with unlimited referrals. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-referral fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which SliceWP events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded. This covers new affiliate registrations, referral creations, and commission status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the affiliate event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send affiliate data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
