How to Send SliceWP Data to Aircall

Connect Aircall to AFI

1. Log in to your Aircall dashboard.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API ID and Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Aircall.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SliceWP to Aircall.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SliceWP as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Aircall as the destination

Choose Aircall from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Aircall.

4. Map fields

Match each Aircall field on the left to the corresponding SliceWP field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in SliceWP. Check Aircall to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
