How to Send SliceWP Data to AccuLynx

AccuLynx is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. SliceWP runs your affiliate program on WordPress. AccuLynx is where your affiliate data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SliceWP installed and configured.
• A AccuLynx account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect AccuLynx to AFI

AccuLynx uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → AccuLynx, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SliceWP to AccuLynx.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SliceWP as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select AccuLynx as the destination

Choose AccuLynx from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in AccuLynx.

4. Map fields

Match each AccuLynx field on the left to the corresponding SliceWP field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in SliceWP. Check AccuLynx to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
