How to Send Restrict Content Pro Data to Outreach
Outreach is a sales engagement platform. Restrict Content Pro manages a member signs up or a payment completes, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Outreach.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting Restrict Content Pro to sales engagement, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Restrict Content Pro installed and configured.
- A Outreach account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Outreach to AFI
- Log in to your Outreach account.
- Go to Settings → API and generate an API token.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Outreach.
- Paste the token and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Restrict Content Pro to Outreach.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Restrict Content Pro as the form provider. AFI fires when a member signs up or a payment completes, giving you access to member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and subscription status.
3. Select Outreach as the destination
Choose Outreach from the platform dropdown and pick Add Prospect. This creates a prospect in Outreach.
4. Map fields
Match each Outreach field on the left to the corresponding Restrict Content Pro field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, membership level, payment amount, and subscription status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Restrict Content Pro. Check Outreach to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Outreach with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping and sequence assignment. No per-record fees on any plan.
