How to Send RegistrationMagic Data to Jobber

Jobber is a field service management platform. Every RegistrationMagic registration record should flow into Jobber automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

Connect Jobber to AFI

1. Log in to your Jobber account.
2. Go to Settings → API to get your API credentials.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Jobber.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it RegistrationMagic to Jobber.

Select RegistrationMagic as the form provider. AFI fires when a user registers or submits a form, giving you access to user name, email, username, custom registration fields, and form ID.

3. Select Jobber as the destination

Choose Jobber from the platform dropdown and pick Create Client. This creates a client in Jobber.

4. Map fields

Match each Jobber field on the left to the corresponding RegistrationMagic field on the right. Common mappings include user name, email, username, custom registration fields, and form ID. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in RegistrationMagic. Check Jobber to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
